12. The school has a well-embedded culture of safeguarding that reflects its ethos of promoting the care
and welfare of each pupil and conforms to current statutory guidance. All relevant recruitment
checks are carried out and recorded. Staff have a thorough understanding of their safeguarding
responsibilities. Leaders maintain effective links with local safeguarding agencies.
